Well, it's that time again! Soon the leaves will be turning and the eves will be cooler. The sure sign that winter is a comin' for those of us in the Northeast. Are you ready?
I hate to sound redundant, but it would be in your best interest to seriously consider setting aside at least 3 hours of your time. Look at it as spending quality time with yourself (and your car). If you are like me, you've named your vehicle--my car's name is "Grace"--no explanation needed. If that isn't reason enough, then think of it as investing in your investment.
So in order to do what needs to be done before it's too late. I will give you some helpful hints, ideas and products that will make this (job) as painless as possible. I promise.
First of all, this doesn't have to be expensive. I always do my shopping at our Wal-Mart Supercenter and I always pay less. So please give them a try before going to places like Auto Zone or parts and accessories stores. The following is a recommended list:
1. Armor All or Meguiar's Plastic, Rubber & Vinly Protector $5.99
2. 12 count bag of white terry towels 4.58
3. 1 applicator sponge (Meguiar's) .99
4. Maguiar's Next Generation Tech Wax 13.00
5. Meguiar's Booster Wax 6.99
Total $31.55
These are all the things you will need to get your car ready for the coming winter. I hope that you will make the commitment to preserve your vehicle. If any of you are like me, you have to make it last forever! Keep shining!
