Three of my favorite green bean salads are made just with green beans and dressings. I love chilled green beans paired with a vinaigrette style dressing like Italian or Raspberry. Ranch clings beautifully to the green beans and the white contrasted with green is a good color combination. The vivid orange from the tomato of Dorothy Lynch Dressing lends a bright color, as well as a sweetness that accentuates the subtle flavor of green beans.
