Venison Marinade

Venison Marinade

  • 1 package of dry onion soup mix
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can of beer
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Preparation -
Mix all ingredients together. Pour over the venison early in the day. Later, bake in the same sauce at 350º for 3 hours in a covered dish.
