Pinot Noir for the Holidays

Pairing wine with turkey can be a challenge. This year try a light red wine.

It's tempting to automatically reach for a white wine to serve with your holiday turkey. Sometimes though the whites don't stand up to the heavier tastes of holiday dinners. An excellent choice is Pinot Noir. A good Pinot Noir will feature velvety textures and flavors of raspberries and strawberries.

Bella Wine Recommends

Riedel O Pinot Noir/Nebbiolo Wine Tumblers
Like Riedel’s prestigious Vinum series of glasses, these tumblers are specifically designed for a particular grape varietal and still maintain their ability to enhance the flavors and aromas of the wines they were intended for. The only difference is that the tumblers are missing their stems, making them slightly less delicate to handle, more modern in appearance, and easier to fit in smaller cabinets, mini bars, picnic baskets, and the dishwasher.
