Jello Salad

Jello Salad

  • 2 - 3oz. pkgs. Jello, orange suggested
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pint regular or low fat sour cream
  • 1 - 16oz. can crushed pineapple - do Not drain
  • 1/4 cup marachino cherries -chopped
  • 1/4 cup ground or finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation -
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sour cream. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add pineapple, cherries and nuts. Chill until firm.
