If you're looking for a cookie that is low in sugar, the Chips Ahoy! CarbWell cookies have only 90 calories and 6g carbs per serving.
You can only have 2 cookies in a serving, which is a pretty small serving. The cookies do taste a lot like traditional chip's ahoy cookies - crunchy and relatively dry. The low carb cookies seem perhaps a bit drier than normal, but not overly so.
The cookies have 5g per serving of sugar alcohols (maltitol) so if you're sensitive to sugar alcohols, be sure to take care and only try one to see how it affects you.
To their credit, Nabisco features a URL on the back of each box that leads you to a site on sensible snacking. They give you ways to burn off calories, and advice on snacking in reasonable amounts. Yes, they want you to buy their products, but they want you to stay healthy too. Or at least, they want you to stay healthy enough that you keep buying their cookies :)
I highly recommend avoiding cookies and candies in general - if you eat, you should be eating nutritious food. But if you really must have cookies in the house for some reason, you should definitely look into getting these low-sugar types, rather than buying super-sugar-filled "typical" varieties!
