You were born into this world with the perfect body and real beauty to obtain the desires of your heart. You are the ideal physical personification to marry the man of your dreams, create the career that you want and attract everything that you need. You have been given what you need, maybe not what you think you want; but surely what you need to fulfill your purpose in this life time.
Oprah Winfrey is a prime example of this truth. Oprah does not fit into the stereotype of the ideal mode of beauty that is promoted and revered in the mass media of modern American society. She is not petite. She does not have blond hair, blue eyes or keen facial features. Oprah Winfrey’s success is phenomenal to say the least. She battles with her weight like the average woman. Oprah may or may not realize this, but her appearance is the outer packaging of her unique gift that enables her to reach into the homes and touch the hearts of millions of insecure women five days a week. Women allow Oprah into their hearts and homes with their families while they eat high calorie meals and desserts at the dinner table.
There aren’t many female celebrities that “everyday” women would allow into their homes in front of their male partners five hours a week without feeling psychologically threatened by their beauty. However, Oprah’s beauty is not an illusion of perfection; but divine perfection that changes and transforms as she grows spiritually. What Oprah perceives as a weight problem is actually a divine gift. She has lost the weight and gained it back several times because it is a part of her divine body image that is needed to fulfill her purpose of inspiring, motivating and touching the hearts of millions of women all over the world.
She may think that she is in control of her weight but there is a divine energy that will shape her to meet the needs of the hearts that she is on earth to inspire in some manner. She has aged with grace and astounding real beauty that inspires self-esteem in so many women in a non-threatening, elegant manner.
The average woman could not tolerate Halle Berry, Christie Brinkley or some supermodel type on a daily basis discussing their beauty and exercise regime. Supermodel, Tyra Banks exposed her body flaws to her female fans and viewers as a way of connecting with their souls in order to show them that she is able to identify with the plight of the average woman who is not airbrushed. Tyra Banks showed women that real beauty is having confidence to love your body including all of your flaws.
God gave Oprah the perfect body to do what she came to earth to do. Even her obsession with her weight is a part of her unique gift to show women how to embrace their real beauty. Oprah’s beauty cannot be duplicated because it radiates from the essence of her being. Meryl Streep, Queen Latifah, Helen Mirren, Mo’Nique, and Ellen Degeneres do not exude standardized beauty as celebrated by the mass media, but it didn’t stop them from succeeding.
You can’t dye your hair, increase the size of your breasts or lose weight to compete with them. Perfection is what you already are. You dilute the potency of your real beauty by imitating others and trying to be what you are not. Spend your life energy on being good and seeing the good in others; this guarantees that you will be intoxicatingly beautiful inside and outside.
