I've always been a fan of chicken in wine. This low carb version is very easy to make, and rather tasty too!
2 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Chardonnay
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp low carb brown sugar
1/4 tsp oregano
Preheat the oven to 350F. Mix together all ingredients and put into a deep dish. Cook for 1 1/2 hrs.
Perfect for serving with steamed broccoli!
