Vitamin E

The vitamin E family of nutrients (alpha, beta, delta and gamma tocopherols and the tocotrienols) are an important group of antioxidants that support the health of cellular membranes and fats in the blood from oxidation.* Vitamin E strengthens immune response and promotes cardiovascular health.* The whole vitamin E family also assists skin to remain smooth and supple.*

Synthetic vitamin E is not as effective as natural vitamin E. Only about half of the synthetic vitamin E is utilized by the body.*
