Educating Your Personal Cheffing Clients

Every relationship requires time, effort and role-up-your-sleeves work. When it comes to client retention and growth it all comes down to added value and education. Find out how to educate your clients to turn your business into an entrepreneurial magnet.

In order to add the most value to your clients you're going to want to up their education. With the proper education, you can ensure your clients loyalty, strengthen their dedication and desire for your products and services and grow your business through referrals. Here are a few ways you can step into the teacher's role and create clients for life.

1. After establishing a business relationship with your clients you can do what I call 'dripping knowledge' into their plates. To do this you will begin by sharing the benefits you offer your clients. Share the time they'll save with the shopping, food prep, sourcing excellent quality materials and the balanced nutrition your services offer.

Ask them questions as you go along to get them thinking about what they've gained utilizing your services. What you're doing is bringing to the forefront the things that can easily be taken for granted. When you do this, in the right way I might add, you end up highlighting all of the efforts that they used to have to do that they no longer have to do, because you've taken over their process for them.

It's kind of like you subtly pointing out to them the vacation they're getting since they contracted your services.

Remember...

Benefits, benefits, benefits!!! Benefits sell. Features justify the sale.

2.When you label your packaged meals, include on your labels the nutritional value and benefits of the meal. Vitamin content, mineral content, etc. and what all of those things are responsible for, or what they do for their health and their system. You can also include on the label some alternate serving suggestions, other dishes their meals could be paired with and ways to stretch and convert their meals.

This will give them the 'why' and make you invaluable to them. What would they ever do without you? You're giving them all the reasons why your services are the best investment their money has bought, and in very tasty ways.

3.Lastly, with the proper line of instruction you can train them to refer you to their family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. Face it... misery isn't the only thing that loves company. healthy living does too.

When folks become health-minded they don't want to stick out like a sore thumb, they want to normalize as quick as possible. What better way to do this than by creating a community of folks who want to do the same thing as you are. People inevitably seek out community and if you give lots of value... you can be right in the middle of the newly created community with your services as the much sought after commodity.

If you do follow these suggestions, you'll set yourself up to be the guru-go-to-chef that has more business than you can comfortably handle. What a positively marvelous obstacle to have to overcome.

As always, it's been my shear joy and pleasure sharing this information with you. Until next time...
