Those daily devotionals are often very uplifting and encouraging, but I was looking for something more in depth. I found that even with these attractive amenities, “Jesus Speaks to Women” is not your common daily devotional. This is not merely a collection of inspirational stories.

- Page four finishes up the day’s meditation with some thought provoking, related quotations from contemporary spiritual leaders, poets and other well-known individuals.
"Jesus Speaks to Women" is perfect for any woman looking for something more than the uplifting stories that many other devotionals contain. It’s for the busy woman who may have as little as 15 minutes of precious quiet time each day and wants to make her few minutes of treasured privacy count with uncluttered insight into God’s word.
These short Bible studies are inspiring and challenging. I found "Jesus Speaks to Women" gave me understanding of the words of Jesus, leaving me with something to meditate on for the entire day.
