July Event Calendar (05)

While searching for July events I came across Gorgeous Grandma Day (July 23) I loved the idea. While Grams may not be under-appreciated they are often taken for granted. See below for link to a lovely fun site, Gorgeous Grandma. Read UNEXPECTED BLESSINGS, by Barbara Taylor Bradford. A young woman with a new love, is caught in the middle of family troubles and learns that someone wishes her harm. Her salvation comes in the way of old letters written to her grandmother. Also read James Patterson's SAM'S LETTERS TO JENNIFER. When a young widow returns home she finds her grandmother's letters and discovers a family secret. Ask a grandmother about her earlier life, she may surprise or even shock you.
