This aromatic ritual was designed for you to explore your divine uniqueness, capture your true essence and refresh your soul.

Gather the items below. Then when you have a bit of time to yourself, follow the simple procedure for a unique and indulgent bathtime ritual.

Prepare Your Aromatic Blend

What You Will Need:

• 2 Cups powdered milk
  
• 1/2 Cup baking soda
  
• Flower petals (rose, jasmine, etc.)
  
• Divine Aromatic Bathtime Blend
  
  • 3 drops Rose otto
    
  • 5 drops Lemongrass
    
  • 4 drops Cardamom
    
  • 7 drops Sandalwood
    

In a 10-ml bottle, pour the essential oils, then add organic vegetable oil such as sweet almond, jojoba, etc. to fill.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, and add the entire 10-ml bottle of the Divine Aromatic Bathtime Blend. Mix well.

Create Your Sacred Space

In your bathroom, place a few candles to create a calming ambiance. Light your candles and burn some incense such as rose, jasmine or musk.

Indulge in Your Ritual

Run the warm water for your bath and pour your aromatic mixture into the bathtub. Stir it well with your hands. While soaking in the bath, take a few deep breaths, focus on your heart and visualize a beautiful pink/gold color surrounding you. Say the following affirmation seven times aloud:

"I embody Divine Love at every moment."

Take a few more deep breaths and embrace the uniqueness of this moment. Soak for at least 15 minutes.

After your bath, apply a fragrant body lotion so that pleasurable effects will stay with you throughout the day. Wrap yourself in a soft robe or warm, comfortable clothes and spend some time reading, listening to music, writing or doing something completely for you.
