Track 1 - Not Going Down almost sounds like one of Shania Twain's songs in the opening chords. The song talks about not giving up, no matter what life throws at you.
Track 2 - Someone Else's Life really threw me the first few times I heard it, the opening chord sequence makes it sound like it is a continuation of the opening track on the CD. That being said, it is a good song that talks about taking control and living the life that you see others living.
Track 3 - Delicious Surprise (I Believe It) talks about how no matter what happens to her in her life, she isn't going to change her ways.
Track 4 - It Gets Better tells how things can look bad in the moment, but standing on the outside looking in that it will not always be like that.
Track 5 - Who's Crying Now talks about moving on from a failed relationship.
Track 6 - My Give a Damn's Busted is Jo Dee's first hit since 2001 and is delivered as only Jo Dee could do it. It's just one of those fun songs that will get you up and moving around.
Track 7 - It's Too Late to Worry is the song fans are calling the "Walmart song". Why? Because she talks about leaving her brand new Mustang in the Walmart parking lot and taking off with a guy in an old Chevy!
Track 8 - Life is Good is a song where it seems Jo Dee is talking about her new life after rehab and cleaning house with professional and personal relationships.
Track 9 - Love is Not Enough seems to mirror Jo Dee's feelings about the end of her relationship with her former fiance.
Track 10 - Where Were You wants to know where the person she depended on was when she needed them, something most of us can relate to at least once in our lives.
Track 11 - I Wear My Life talks about how she became the person she is, the ups and downs of life and living.
Track 12 - You Were Just Here talks about losing someone close to you and not being able to move on from the loss.
