Oxygen calms the central nervous system and helps you drift off into a peaceful sleep. Oxygen also increases the metabolism and helps the body to burn fat. Oxygen develops a healthy mind and body.

Often when we experience stress, we forget to breathe properly. This can cause illness. When you find yourself feeling stressed during the day, remember to breathe deeply. Oxygen is a powerful energizer and healer to the body.
