Take a free panoramic view of Hong Kong, China. Visit the Central Plaza building on Hong Kong Island. The building is at 18 Harbour Road in the Wan Chai district. It is by the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Take an elevator to the 46th floor. There take some free panoramic views of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Victoria Harbour is to the north. The beauty of the harbour is never tiresome. Look to the west and view the island’s awesome skyscrapers. Walk further on the observation deck and view the island’s mountains. In the distance, Happy Valley horse track is there for the viewing.
