There are three waterfalls on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Drag yourself from the white, sandy beach and visit a waterfall, if not all of them. Award your endeavor with a splash in a cool pool of water.
Hin Lad or Hin Lat Waterfall is 2 km south of Nathon town. The path to the waterfall is rugged, so wear stout boots. Carry the flip-flops to wear at the pool. Sounds of the cascading waters indicate its location. Enjoy the cooling mist. Take a dip in the cool waters and refresh after the short hike.
The Na Muang Waterfalls are near each other. They are 10 km from Nathon town. Na Muang 1 is accessible from the road. This waterfall is only 18 meters high. Further along is Na Muang 2 which is much higher at 80 meters high. It is accessible after a thirty minute walk from Na Muang 1. Again, enjoy the cooling waters.
Leave the white, sandy beach and visit Koh Samuiís waterfalls. Take food and have a picnic.
