Taking Board Games to a Party

The best part about gathering with friends is the chance to play board games. Some board games are just better with friends. Some board games are good ice breakers for parties. You may want to carry a few board games to your next gathering. This could be a real handful - so here are some ideas for carrying your games.

A backpack is a good way to carry many items - including board games. The only real problem is if your board game is too large to fit into the backpack. Most party games are compact. You may want to limit your selection to games that will fit into a backpack. This will make it easier to keep up with the games once you are at the party.

Large beach totes are not just for the beach. These oversize should bags will hold a lot of stuff - including board games. You should be able to fit as many as you can possibly carry or play into one bag. Totes offer more flexibility than a backpack. You can easily put games in and take them out.

A rolling suitcase will give you plenty of room for games. You will be able to transport games easily. A suitcase also offers some added protection for your games.

A plastic storage box also offers a safe way to transport games. A large box might be cumbersome to move but will hold a lot of board games. You can always buy a small box that will hold just a few games.

Before taking a board game to a party, be sure all of the pieces are with it. You would hate to get all set to play a game and then learn there are missing pieces. Take a quick inventory, find the missing pieces, or find something that will work in its place.

It is a lot of fun to play board games with friends. If the friends cannot come to you, then take your board games to them. Load your board games securely and then head out for a fun pary.
