Organicville Herbs de Provence Salad Dressing

Organicville Herbs de Provence salad dressing is organic, gluten free, and has only 1g of carbs per serving. This makes it wonderful for all healthy diets!

It is incredibly critical for people to eat salads multiple times a week, if not daily. The mix of fresh vegetables with important antioxidants is critical for your body's health. The light, fluffy nature of a salad fills you up without weighing you down. Most people know and accept this completely - but they balk because of flavor. They get bored with how salads taste.

The key to this is to have a number of salad dressings on hand and to rotate through them. Organicville's Herbs de Provence definitely should be in your mix. It's gluten free - perfect for anyone with gluten issues and good for the rest of us, too. It's organic, always a wonderful thing. It's vegan. It's delicious!

I love reading the ingredient list for this. Filtered water. Organic expeller-pressed soybean oil. Organic cider vinegar. You recognize the ingredients, you feel good about ingesting them. How many products can you say that about?

The flavor is light and tasty. It's a good combination of herbs that really compliment a salad.

If you're curious, Provence is a region of France, on the southeast side up near Italy. The Pope once lived here!

For stats, it has 100 calories per serving, no trans fats, no cholesterol, 190mg of sodium less than 1g of carbs, and no protein.

My only comment on the dressing - and I think this is a comment on all dressings, not just on this one - is that the serving size listed is 2 Tablespoons. I realize I eat giant salads. My salad is a big "dinner" salad that is all I eat for dinner. I adore my dinner salads :) But the chance of 2 Tablespoons being all I needed for my big salad would be slim. Still, when salad dressing makers give a serving size they have to give an average size that most people would use. Just be sure to take this into account if you, like me, are making big salads for your meals.

Highly recommended!
