Rose Breasted Cockatoo's are one of the most colourful cockatoos available. They are friendly and outgoing and love attention the same as other cockatoos. These birds are also commonly called a Galah Cockatoo.

Cockatoos are native to Australia, where they are still found flying in large flocks. They can be considered a nuisance to grain farmers, but most residents love to see and hear a flock of these beautiful birds. They are not quiet birds when in flocks so they can be heard from quite a distance away.

I would be thrilled to see a flock of cockatoos arrive at my backyard bird feeder, but that may be a common event at many back yard feeders in Australia.
