Preparation - Melt butter by microwaving on full power for 30 to 45 seconds. Add garlic powder and parsley. Separate frozen shrimp under cool running water. Drain and place in 9" or 10" round dish. Pour butter mixture over top. Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap. Microwave on full power for 6 to 7 minutes or until shrimp are opaque, stirring every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered 1 1/2 to 2 minutes before serving.
