Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Here's a recipe for a flavorful, unusual smoothie that's an extra special treat for peanut butter lovers!

  • 1 medium size ripe banana
  • 2 T. creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup milk - use either whole milk, 1% milk, 2% milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation -
Place the banana, peanut butter, milk and vanilla in the blender container. Process on high speed until the banana is mashed and the ingredients are well blended. Add the ice cubes and process on high speed until the ice is completely crushed and the drink is very smooth and creamy.
