1 refrigerated pie crust (comes in a box in the dairy aisle)
1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
3 large Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and thinly sliced.
2 T. butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup golden raisins
Preparation - Unroll the pie crust and place and press it on to a 9" or 10" pizza pan. Spread the raspberry jam on top, to within about a 1" from the edge of the crust. Arrange the apples slices over the jam. Sprinkle the raisins over the apples. Dot with butter. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle the mixture over the pizza. Bake in a preheated oven at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
