Earlier this year, American Idol finalist and beauty Kimberley Locke signed on to be a spokes model for Lane Bryant's denim fashions specifically the introduction of their Seven7 collection. Now they have added Lane Bryant's Limited Edition Crystal Seven7 which sells for a whopping $129.50 ($159.57 CAN). I thought the regular Seven7 jeans were a tad expensive but these are beyond a lot of shoppers' means. Still there must be a market for it; why else would Lane Bryant do it? They are one of the leaders in plus size fashions in the US with their three brands including Catherines and Fashion Bug. I jokingly call them the "charmed" trio or the triple threat.
All joking aside the new limited edition Seven7 jeans come with Swarovski Crystals on the back pocket and down the pant leg and are available in sizes 14 - 28. Be sure to wear decent underwear and stick to well lit neighborhoods or else you may be running around in your panties.
As I said in a previous article, denim is hot this year. Manufacturing costs have dropped, so many designers are pulling out all stops to produce fashionable pieces. Denim isn't just for working on the farm anymore it's become the acceptable khaki of our time. Dressing it up with diamonds is just the next step.
