A lovely Italian take on the Mimosa cocktail.

Ingredients

• 3 ounces Champagne
• 1 ounce amaretto
• 1 ounce Grand Marnier
• 1 ounce orange juice
• orange slices

Directions

1. Pour the amaretto and Grand Marnier into a champagne flute.
2. Pour in the Champagne.
3. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.

Note: For a variation of this cocktail using only orange juice try the Italian Kiss Cocktail. Remember that you may use a good sparkling wine.
