1/2 cup dry milk
1/2 cups peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon finely chopped nuts(any that you prefer)
1/4 cup carob powder
1 tablespoon coconut
1/2 teaspoon wheat germ
Mix dry milk, peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Stir well. Add carob
powder. Work with your hands to smash the lumps. Stir in seeds and
nuts. Form into balls. In small bowl combine wheat germ and coconut.
Roll the formed balls into this mixture and refrigerate. You can omit carob powder and substitude 1/2 cup rolled oats or puffed rice. This should keep in the refrigerator tightly sealed for two weeks.
