Senegal parrots can make wonderful pets. They are not one of the nosier birds and they enjoy playing with toys - or with their person. Because they are not large birds, their cage does not have to be large - although it must be larger than a cage for a budgie or canary. All birds should have a cage that is large enough so that they can flap their wings wildly and not hit the cage bars or any of their toys. This would be a minimum size, but larger than minimum woud be better.
