Light Chicken Salad Recipe

Chicken Salad was always one of my favorite lunches, but then when I found out that most store bought chicken salad is loaded with calories and fat, I decided to lighten up chicken salad. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken, drained
  • 1 to 2 cups chopped celery (depending on how much you prefer)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • low calorie mayonnaise or Miracle Whip Light

    Directions
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix enough mayonnaise or Miracle Whip to moisten. Use your favorite whole grain bread to make a Chicken Salad sandwich.
