The Spanish Alphabet, though having alot in common with the English Alphabet, there are some letter in the Spanish one that are not found in the English. The total numbers making up the English alphabet are 26 where as in the Spanish you will find a total number of 29. Another striking feature of el alfabeto is that it is very Phonetic, in that once you know el alfabeto, you will have a very good start on learning to read as the Spanish language is a very phonetic one.

Learning these letters will help you in reading and pronouncing Spanish words as well as learnign to properly spell and write. As you know reading and speaking a language opens you up to many of the cultural thought patterns that are sometimes lost in translation. There are meanings in many sayings that when literally translated loose the true value of the message they were meant to convey.

Personally in the very recent past I began using an online translator to assist in translating my articles over into Spanish for speed as I had quite a collection of articles and wanted to opt for speed in the process. What actually happened was an end product that was poorly done, both grammatically and theoretically incorrect in meaning and content.
