Love Actually

This fantastic romantic comedy is the perfect Valentine's Day movie. It has ten different love stories blended into one movie. Love Actually has many big stars including: Hugh Grant, Liam Neeson, Colin Firth, Laura Linney, Emma Thompson, Keira Knightley and Rowan Atkinson. The film is set around Christmas time and shows the ups and downs of love and relationships in a very unique way.


The Notebook

A beautiful love story between a young couple who are torn apart by class but manage to come together again. This is a great movie for the guys to watch as well, I know a lot of males who have watched it and enjoyed it (and had a few sniffles.) Starring Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams, this is a must-see romance movie. If you haven’t seen it already I can almost guarantee that you will love it. It’s very sweet.


Just Like Heaven

Reece Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo are perfect together in this hilarious romantic comedy. It tells the story of a woman who is in a car crash and comes home to find a man living in her house. They soon realise that she is actually in a coma and close to death, so she appears to him as a sort of ghost. It’s a really cute movie, full of laughs and will definitely put a smile on your face.


Someone Like You

Another hilarious romantic comedy starring Ashley Judd, Greg Kinnear and Hugh Jackman. It's all about love and finding the perfect person for you. It seems we all have to have a couple of frogs before we meet our prince and this is the perfect movie based around that scenario.


A Lot Like Love

Who can resist the gorgeous Ashton Kutcher? He stars in this movie with the lovely Amanda Peet. It's not too gooey so I'm sure that your man won't mind watching it too much :) They have great chemistry together in the film and it's a very enjoyable storyline.

Titanic

Last but certainly not least, the fantastic Titanic. A movie based on the sinking of the ship but has a fictional onboard love affair between the gorgeous Jack (Leonardo DiCaprio) and the beautiful Rose (Kate Winslet.) This film is truly amazing, a one of a kind.
