Breaking News…

The Bush administration is pushing for a federal ban on partial-birth abortion. According to MSNBC.com, the ban was put into effect in 2003, when it was passed, but blocked by judges in California, Nebraska, and New York.

The Supreme Court will be considering if the federal ban is constitutional, and whether to enforce it. (Check back for updates on this developing story.)
