The artful use of metaphor throughout the lyrics in the MartyCasey & Lovehammers CD made it very appealing to me immediately. I was particularly drawn to the phrase 'one man can make a difference' in the opening tune Casualty, and that set the stage for my receptiveness to everything else that was to come.

Along with Marty, the guys who make up the Lovehammers are Dino Kourelis, Bobb Kourelis, and Bill Sawilchik. They function throughout this presentation as one uninterrupted stream of musical power.



Trees and Hold On along with the first cut are my favorites. I'm going to be spending some additional quality time with this CD because of how much I'm finding it has to offer each time I listen. It's worth its price, I assure you! They are on the Epic label.
