“Working together for health” is the theme of this years’ World Health Day. This year’s observance will be devoted to the health workforce crisis all over the globe. It will also celebrate the dignity and value of working for health.

Celebrations will take place all over the globe. The first will be with the launch of the World Health Report 2006 in Lusaka, Zambia by the Director-General and the second will be in London. For more information on the events worldwide please go to the World Health Organization's link below.
