Knock-Knock Monday #10

Here’s this week’s Official BellaOnline Knock-Knock Monday #10 for your reading pleasure! This week I want to share with you my favorite game website. So, on to our favorite Knock-Knock jokes and beware. And beware: they’re extra painful this week!

See? That didn’t hurt so bad … And now on to this week’s corny jokes courtesy of our favorite late-night talk show guys:

"Everyone's talking about the American auto industry right now. A new study just came out and found that the Ford Motor Company makes the cars with the highest safety rating. Yeah, apparently, Ford cars are so safe because they never leave the dealer's lot." ~ Conan O'Brien

"Barack Obama gave a speech in Germany in 2008. Over 200,000 people showed up. There were so many Germans shouting and screaming that France went ahead and surrendered just in case." ~ Craig Ferguson

"More than 150 heads of state attended the UN Summit this year, giving New Yorkers a chance to get in touch with prejudices they didn't even know they had." ~ Jon Stewart

"Did you know Richard Nixon is the only president whose formal portrait was painted by a police sketch artist?" ~ Johnny Carson

"Now, I don’t see color. People tell me I’m white and I believe them because police officers call me “sir”". ~ Stephen Colbert

"With all of this bailing out going on, I understand if you're living in a dumpster and rooting through trash cans that you might need a couple of bucks, okay. But if you have $1 trillion like AIG and you fail, don't hit me up for a loan. Think about it! Has anybody ever had $1 trillion and still failed? Well okay, besides the New York Yankees." ~ Jay Leno

This week’s website is all about games you can play on your computer. I love this site and if you’re into playing games I know you’re going to love it too:

www.bigfishgames.com

At Big Fish Games it’s all about your entertainment. Now I know that this sounds a little simpleton, but think about it. A lot of online game sites are so busy cramming ads down your gullet that you can hardly get to the games!

But not at BFG. This site is absolutely dedicated to the gamer in all of us. It has a new game every day and an impressive library. The most popular genres are Hidden Object, Time Management, Adventure, and Puzzle.

At BFG you can download the game you think you want to buy and play it for free for an hour. I joined the BFG Club and pay about seven bucks a month. This seven bucks buys one game credit which I can exchange for a game. For some of the bigger games, like the ones I usually play, this is a steal. You can just buy games as you want, you don’t have to join anything, but if you buy the games one at a time they cost more than the club price.

And BFG backs up their games with super customer service. If there’s any problem at all with a game they will solve it for you and they do it with a great attitude. Plus, I've downloaded dozens of their games and have never had any security issues or glitches.

I personally have become hopelessly addicted to the Mystery Case Files franchise where you have to solve a mystery by finding clues, which are actually hidden objects, and by figuring out some very cool puzzles. I am also hooked on several mahjong games as well.

So take a little time out of this very hot summer this week and check out Big Fish Games. Try downloading a trial of “Mystery Case Files: Ravenhearst” or “Mahjong: Escape From China” and tell me what you think!
