Black Bean Salad Recipe

Delicious salad to take to a Memorial Day celebration or for any occasion. It's very easy to make and goes great with chicken. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley or cilantro

    Directions
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 15 minutes.
