Being in the Zone and how to get there!

It is amazing the ideas that come into my Golf email, some need to be deleted immediately while others need to be researched. The recent one was from a PR person in Scottsdale, Arizona by the name of Charlotte. She was letting me know of a CD called Own the Zone with a web site you can check out called www.ownthezone.com created by Jennifer Scott a Hypnotherapist in Scottsdale. In 2002 Golf Magazine reviewed five hypnosis CD’s for golfers and Own the Zone received the highest rating.

Jennifer has been featured on the Golf Channel and has written articles for Golf Magazines concerning the mental game of golf. In 2005 in the book “The Secrets of Golf” Jennifer was featured in a chapter called “The Case for Hypnosis”. This book The Secrets of Golf was written by George Peper featuring golf’s most significant instructional idea in the past years.

Jennifer is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and has helped golfers uncover the subconscious things that interfere with the golf swing. When too many things are filling your mind these are things that lessons, coaching and other methods cannot help. Jennifer is sought by many golfers from all over the country who come to Scottsdale to visit with her about their mental game. She is a Registered Hypnotherapist with many degrees and associated is a well known as a Certified Stress Management Consultant.

Check out Jennifer Scott’s web site at http://www.ownthezonegolf.com for all the information concerning her CD. There is a video of well known Professional golfers who recount how this has helped. There is information on where to order this CD if you are interested in getting in the zone to improve your golf game. With all the money spent on lessons, books, new clubs, balls or gadgets to improve our game maybe it is time we get our mind in sync or in the ZONE. I appreciate hearing from readers who have ideas to improve this wonderful game. This is one CD I have ordered as Own the Zone sounds like the answer, as everyone’s golf game starts in the mind. I do believe that playing in the Zone will make for better scoring. I have been there and know the feeling. It is exhilaration and freedom and the swing is on automatic.
