Home Made Bath Salts

Natural and invigorating bathing salts and cleansers are good for complete care of the body, mind, and spirit. And oh so soothing, nourishing and moisturizing. The home made bath salt recipe's that are included here are easy to make in the privacy of your home and enjoy. Give them a try!

Stress Reducing Lavender Epsom Salt Bath

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Epsom salt
1 tablespoon sea salt
3 tablespoons baking soda
5 drops lavender oil
4 oz container

Take the ingredients and place in a 4 oz container with a lid that you can seal. Once the ingredients are in the container shake until they are thoroughly mixed together. To use, pour under running bath tub water and enjoy.

Rose Bath Salts

Ingredients

Sea salt
Baking soda
Rose oil
4 oz container

Take the ingredients and place in a 4 oz container with a lid. Now, seal the ingredients and shake until they are thoroughly mixed. Pour under running bath tub water and enjoy.

Peachy Bath Salts

Ingredients

3 cups Epsom salts
1 cup sea salt
1/2 cup baking soda
10 drops peach essential oil
7 drips vanilla essential oil
3 drops orange essential oil
1 jar with a lid
2 drops red and yellow food coloring
Container

Mix the salt and baking soda together in a bowl. In another bowl mix together the oils and food coloring. Stir and add the oils to the baking soda and salt mixture. Shake and let stand for a few hours. Then pour into a container. Note: food coloring has a tendency to temporarily stain the skin in some individuals use with due caution)

Spicy Bath Salts

3 tablespoons sea salt
3 tablespoons baking soda
8 drops ginger or cinnamon essential oil

Take the ingredients and pour into a jar. Cap the jar and shake vigorously until mixed.

Sweet Orange & Vanilla Bath Salts

3 cups Epsom salts
1 cup sea salt
1/2 cup baking soda
7 drips vanilla essential oil
3 drops orange essential oil
1 jar with a lid
Container

Mix the salt and baking soda together in a bowl. In another bowl mix together the oils. Stir and add the oils to the baking soda and salt mixture. Shake and let stand for a few hours. Then pour into a container and cap.
