Unsaturated Fats

Unsaturated fats are mostly liquid at room temperature. They’re primarily found in vegetable products and are the source of nutritious unsaturated fatty acids. However, when unsaturated fats are subjected to modern day processing, they are generally transformed into deadly trans-fatty acids and can cause a multitude of health problems.
