Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe

5 cups Basic Oatmeal Cookie Mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup chopped walnut(s)
1 1/2 cups raisins
  1. Mix the oatmeal cookie mix, cinnamon, nutmeg eggs, and vanilla.

  2. Add the walnuts and raisins.

  3. Scoop tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined or greased baking sheets.

  4. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
