Your Journey To the Temple-Relief Society Program

Today I want to share a program that our Stake Relief Society is doing with us in my own Stake. They are doing a program to get all of the sisters in the Stake to the Temple. I thought perhaps this could be something you might want to use in your own Stake or Ward. I hope you find this a blessing. They made us little booklets with the following information that each Visiting Teacher was to deliver to the sisters she teaches.

Dear Sisters,

The purpose of Relief Society is to help each one of us prepare and be worthy for the blessings of eternal life. Remember our eternal progression is a process. There has never been a greater need for strong families and homes, nor a greater need for increased personal righteousness.

In order to improve our relationship with our Heavenly Father we need to make time as sisters in our busy schedules to draw closer to the Lord. We need to feel His spirit influence us in our daily lives.

The ability to qualify for, receive, and act upon personal revelation is the single most important skill that can be acquired in this life Making and keeping temple covenants also adds spiritual strength and power to a woman's life. Through personal revelation you can prioritize correctly and navigate this life with confidence.

As these goals become habits you will be on the path leading to the temple and eventually exaltation.

May you find joy in your journey through this process.
