Joy - Faithbooking Challenge

Humans thrive on laughter. We were made for joy! There are so many ways to have fun and be joyful. Most of the FUN times in life we also capture on film! That is why this challenge is focusing on JOY! I am sure that this will be a super easy challenge that you probably already have some pictures to go with! Find some pictures that show Joy, laughter or fun. Here are some scriptures that you might choose to use on those pages!

"He will yet fill your mouth with laughter and your lips with shouts of joy." Job 8:21

"Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning." Psalm 30:5

"God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me." Genesis 21:6

"Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, "The Lord has done great things for them." Psalm 126:2

"That everyone may eat and drink, and find satisfaction in all his toil - this is the gift of God." Ecclesiastes 3:13

I also challenge you to do something today that will bring a little joy. Have some cookies and milk, read a good book, go for a walk with a friend or take some time to scrapbook!

This is a kit that I completed for the Joy challenge. I scanned it in before I had photos so I will have to get a new photo of it up someday! I really enjoyed the colors in this layout.

There are so many things that we have to be joyous about. The health and happiness of our children. The homes that we live in. The friendships that we share. The freedom to worship our Lord. God's creation. Oh so many things! Pick one of the things that brings you great joy and scrapbook it! Even better, scrapbook several things. You could even create a Joy mini album! What a wonderful resource that joy mini album would be when you are feeling kinda blue!

Print out these scriptures for future use as well. Remember, you do not have to put all your layouts into a faithbook. Incorporate your faith into all of your layouts!
