Chicken Earrings

I've got a friend who loves chickens, well, to be more accurate, a bunch of friends who love beaded chickens or chicken beads. I graphed out a couple chickens one day while I was thinking of her.
The pin above was made like the friendship swap pins I posted a while back. I couldn't remember if she wore earrings, plus I didn't have cylinder beads to make earrings in and using size 11 beads it was really a bit big for an earring.
Here's the graph for you to enjoy. The first one done with size 15 or size 11 cylinder beads would be a very petite earring.

Suggested colors- ceylons, shiny opaque colors, although transparent beads are great too, silver lined beads might be too shiny.
Then just because I enjoyed the idea of chickens so much, I graphed out these two earring designs too.

I hope you enjoy them! As usual, I would love to see pictures!

I wrote an article that has links to a couple different methods for doing brick stitch.
I did my example in brick stitch.
