There are several things that I find attractive--one of them is a clean and shiny vehicle! (Esp. a black one). There is something about a black vehicle that challenges the test of keeping it looking great. I'm a firm believer that if you purchase a black vehicle, it is your utmost responsibility to keep it looking clean and shiny, otherwise why have it? I see so many people driving black vehicles that are dull, gray completely messed up. They look like they have given up on their vehicle ever looking as great as it did...You know, just like the day you bought it!! Well, now I am going to give everyone the answer to obtaining a clean and shiny black vehicle and KEEPING IT THAT WAY!
The first thing to be done do is wash and wax the vehicle. I choose to go to the self-serve car wash because it allows me to use a brush which will agitate the really heavy film and grime. Don't worry if there is still a coat of film, the wax will remove it. Drying your vehicle can be done a couple of ways. Drive and dry or wipe with a microfiber towel. Either will do. Now the wax.
When chosing a wax, use one that has caranuba and is easy to apply and remove. I recommend using Jax Wax Liquid Caranuba Wax. It's light--easy on, easy off and it will leave a brilliant restored color and shine. Apply a couple of coats of Jax Wax Caranuba Wax on your hood and skirt for extra protection. Once you have finished the wax application, you will see your finish restored and shiny. You should consult a professional if you can't decide which wax to use.
Now for the final touch--a coat of protection AND shine booster. Cajun Shine All! All you will need is a clean microfiber towel, maybe two and a desire to turn heads! Cajun Shine All goes on incredibly sheer. It barely leaves any streaks to polish out. Apply a coat over the entire vehicle and step back and admire the fruits of your labor! It will KEEP IT LOOKING GREAT! I coat of Cajun Shine All and you are ready to hit the streets in a new vehicle with a new attitude! Promise!
