Toning Workout Tips

About 4 years ago a great friend of mine trained me for 2 weeks. What happened to my body in those two weeks was pretty amazing but the most amazing part is that we hardly used any weight, no machines, and did little cardio. Below I'm going to share the most effective toning workout tips that worked for me and will help you build that lean toned body without spending hours and hours working out and without using tons of heavy weight or expensive equipment.

Stop Skipping Meals
One of the biggest reasons women tend to hang on to stubborn fat or have trouble toning up problem areas even though they workout all the time is meal timing.
