Here's a TRUE classic which has won numerous awards! A blockbuster movie from its day of release, there are a number of errors errors to spot in this film.

They seem to have had problems keeping electric lamps out of this movie. Scarlett goes running for Doc Meade and goes past a lamp post that has an electric bulb in it. In another scene, when Ashley is carried into his room, Melanie picks up a lamp that has a cord attached to it.

Melanie really went through a ROUGH pregnancy in this film! If you pay attention to the battles being fought while she is pregnant, she must have been pregnant for about 21 months! That's like an elephant!

Here's a fun one. When you watch the opening credits, keep an eye on the Tarleton twins, the boys who court Scarlett. They have their names reversed!

It's pretty obvious that there are a lot of dummies on the field in the famous railway injured soldier scene. Still, when the two men carry the stretcher across and down, they step on one's leg, leaving a dent. Ooops!

In the scene with Big Sam driving Miss Ellen, look in the window before the scene begins. You'll see Big Sam there!
