Located in Canada, Richter’s also ships plants and seeds to the U.S. they issue an American edition of their catalog. This features over a 1000 herbs with a section devoted to everlastings. Easy to use, this has detailed information about each plant or variety. It indicates which ones are easy or hard to grow. If you need multiple plants of the more popular varieties, you can buy plug trays.

Seymour’s Selected Seeds
Seymour’s specializes in varieties that are suitable for English cottage gardens. This catalog features heirloom as well as new varieties. A complete section in this catalog is devoted to dried and cut flowers. In addition, symbols beside the variety names indicate those that are suitable for cutting. In addition to seeds, they sell some plants. Seymour’s also sells the delightful collapsible Wonder Vase. This catalog has a helpful index. You can order by mail, toll free number, fax, and online.
Territorial Seed Company
Territorial issues two catalogs a year with the main one being in the spring. However, the fall and winter one has things that will be of interest to floral designers, such as sweet peas. In the spring issue, a whole section is devoted to flowers.
This catalog is well-organized and easy to use. In addition to new hybrids, they also sell open pollinated varieties and organic seed. A symbol beside the name indicates varieties that are recommended for cutting gardens.

Thompson and Morgan
Thompson and Morgan started as an English company in 1855. But, it now issues an American catalog as well. This devotes an entire section to cut and dried flowers. In addition, within the A-Z plant listings a symbol denotes those that make good cut/dried stems. Easy to use, this catalog has a complete index. The 2007 edition has 200 pages. Well-Sweep Herb Farm
This has a complete listing of those herbs that can be dried for everlastings. Easy to use, it lists the plants in an alphabetical table, giving complete details on growing and using each one.
