9. Send a Valentine Message to a Member of the Military
If you have a friend or loved one serving in the military you can send them a printed message of up to 255 words. Your message will appear in the February edition of Stars and Stripes.
10. Valentine's For Veterans Program
Brighten the day of a hospitalized veteran by participating in the Valentine's for Veterans program. The Veterans Affairs Website has information about the program including a Facility Locater so you can send your Valentine's to a Veteran's hospital in your local region.
