Party Time Nachos Recipe

There are hundreds of ways to prepare nachos. This is one of my favorites, however, because it's easy, budget friendly, and simply mouthwatering! Party Time Nachos can be made ahead of time and put in the oven whenever you're ready to eat.

There are so many variates of nachos, and with a little creativity, your kids can come up with their own favorite nacho recipes.

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat.
  3. After it's cooked through, drain the excess juices from the pan.
  4. Add the can of diced tomatoes (with or without green chilies).
  5. Simmer for ten minutes.
  6. Spray a cookie sheet or pizza pan with a non stick cooking spray.
  7. Spread one layer of tortilla chips over the pan.
  8. Sprinkle one layer of cheese over the chips.
  9. Add one layer of the meat and diced tomatoes mixture.
  10. Sprinkle another layer of cheese over the meat.
  11. Add a final layer of tortilla chips over the cheese.
  12. Pour the remaining meat over the entire pan.
  13. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
  14. Bake in the oven for ten to twenty minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  15. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
