Eating more vegetables is a lot easier today than it used to be. Now days, you can buy all sorts of healthy and convenient "fast food vegetables" at your local supermarket.

You'll find packages of tasty baby carrots, celery sticks and sweet peppers that you can take with you anywhere. There's also pre-washed bags of a wide variety of salad greens and mixes that can be thrown together with some cherry tomatoes to whip up a quick salad.

There's shredded cabbage to make cole slaw, or use in your salad, and many other cut veggies that can be eaten raw, steamed, stir fried or used in soups. They even have organic varieties.

You can also buy frozen vegetables for quick and easy steaming or cooking in the microwave. And don’t forget that pasta sauces can include many healthy vegetable ingredients.
