Here's what we'll do. From June 1 2006 through June 15 2006, we'll all just "eat normally". However you eat, that is how you will eat. We will keep track of our weights and the daily carbs we eat, just to establish a base line. You don't have to do anything new or different or odd for those 15 days. Just keep notes.
Then, on June 15th, we'll divide up into 2 groups. Half will keep going on the same path, doing what they've always done. The other half will start adding Apple Cider Vinegar to their diet. We'll see if there is any difference at all by the end of the month!
